DIY Weight Loss – Fat Burner Shakes
We have read over the years that weight loss pills can pose a number of side effects, while many can simply be ineffective to begin with. There are therefore safer ways to lose weight fast without pills, and they are more effective.
You can lose weight fast without pills by drinking shakes.
These DIY weight loss shakes don't contain any of the nasty pills, instead contain the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, along with vitamins and natural ingredients all of which will lead to effective fat burning. Shakes are easy and convenient to prepare and consume. You would have obviously read or know that the best method of weight loss is achieved by eating small meals throughout the day. Below is a typical recipe I actually use to make my own fat burning shakes, being:
- 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder
- Frozen blueberries for flavour & fibres
- 1000 mg Vitamin C packet
This shake is delicious (the key is actually the flavoured vitamin C packet). And of course it's a great way to lose weight fast without pills.
The amount of protein and blueberries used in the Fat Burner Shake is going to vary from individual to individual and based on your dietary needs in relation to losing weight. Females can go with 1 scoop of protein, while males tend to be best with two scoops of protein. Read the serving amount for blueberries found on the frozen packet and go with one or two servings per shake.
If you are on a low carbohydrate diet, or you want to speed up fat loss, then you will need to cut out the blueberries. Use ice cubes in your shake instead to add thickness to it, and you can consider using a low calorie drink pack mix.
