Method To Lose Fat Fast

There are many weight loss techniques out there that can assist in weight loss, however can be expensive and can be complex.  The best technique I have found over the years that helps achieve fast weight loss involves going back to basics.  Below you will find the technique that I have found to work:

1.  Exercising in the morning

Start your day with a morning training session for at least 30 to 45 minutes.  It has been proved through studies that exercising in the morning can burn up to three times as much fat compared to exercising any other time of the day.  The reason is simple; Our body’s main source of energy throughout the day comes from carbohydrates from meals eaten through the day.  During your sleep at night your body consumes all these carbohydrates as energy during you sleep. We wake up in the morning without any carbohydrates in our bodies available for us to use as energy therefore our body simply burns body fat instead for energy during your morning training session.

Remember, in order to utilise fat as your source of energy for your morning training session, you need to make sure you exercise first thing in the morning prior to eating breakfast.  If you however do exercise after breakfast, your body will burn the carbohydrates gained from your breakfast instead.

Another value added bonus you gain in by training in the morning is that it will help prepare your body for the day, improve alertness and above all reduce your levels of stress.

2.  Rev Up Your Metabolism

Morning Training Sessions do actually kick start your metabolism after your morning exercise program.  Morning training programs do maintain your metabolism elevated throughout the day.  By having an elevated metabolism throughout the day you will actually lose more weight by burning extra calories.  If you do however exercise at night you will still burn fat during you workout, however once you do go to bed and sleep, your metabolism will slow down again and not lose the same amount of fat in comparison to a morning training session.

3.  Eat Breakfast

Everyone tells us that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day.  This is absolutely correct, as it helps rev up your metabolism in order to get through the day.  After you complete your morning training session (as per the previous points), make sure you do eat breakfast as it will help kick start your metabolism.

By eating breakfast in the morning, your metabolism will get kick started.  If you do however skip your breakfast, it will force your body to slow down your metabolism, therefore burning less fat throughout the day.

 

Also, by eating breakfast you will help reduce the cravings you would normally have later on in the day and keep you energized.

4. Eat Small Meals Throughout The Day

Try to eat at least four to five small meals throughout the day, spaced out every two to three hours.  If you eat more frequently, it will help speed up your metabolism burning fat throughout the day, which couldn’t be achieves if you did only consume just two meals a day (lunch & dinner).
